- Nature of Business Organization
This module is designed to introduce the students who are absolutely freshers in Business and Business Management to be able to know the nature of the business organization, how it organizes, and how it works in Business.
- Introduction to Management
This module introduces the students to what the management is in Business. And students will be taught how to manage the business effectively and efficiently in this module.
- Introduction to Accounting
A person who wants to run a business on his / her own needs to know about profit & loss. Thus, getting to know how to draw up a financial statement is required. So, this module introduces students to be able to draw up a financial statement on their own.
- Microsoft Word
This module helps students to be able to write their assignment using Microsoft Word during the diploma course. And it also enables the students to be able to type when working in an office.
- Microsoft PowerPoint
This module helps students to be able to make a presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint during the diploma course. And in this module, making a presentation will also be taught. It enables students to work in an office.
- English
This module helps students to develop English language skills to be able to communicate effectively beyond simple everyday contexts. It aims to improve one’s reading, writing, listening and speaking and enables students to acquire a broad range of knowledge which can be used to confidently and effectively communicate in English.
- Personal Development
As a person who is going to manage a business needs to be smart, and be able to communicate effectively. Some people don’t understand DOs and DON’Ts in the workplace. Because they don’t know what they are. Hence, this module helps students understand themselves better, communicate more effectively with others, build critical skills, and lead a more fulfilling life.
- How to Write Assignment
In this module, students are going to learn about writing an assignment because most of the students in Myanmar don’t know how to write assignments. This is because they used to sit an exam by doing by-heart in their previous academic year. Hence, they can’t even write an essay properly. That’s why “How to Write Assignment” is taught. And they will be able to write every single assignment throughout the academic year without difficulty. So, this module helps them succeed academically, develop valuable skills, prepare for higher education, and improve their grades.
- How to Make a Smart Presentation
Making a presentation requires the speaker to stand in front of an audience and deliver information. Some students aren’t bold enough to make a presentation in front of an audience at all. As a result, this module helps students not to be afraid anymore in making a presentation and can make smart presentations as well. And this module can also benefit students in a variety of ways, both in their academic and professional lives.
Modules will be learned in Level 3 National Diploma in Business (First semester)
- Business Environment
Students who are going to learn about business subjects as beginners are taught about what business is like and economics in this module.
- Business Resources
Students are going to learn about business resources such as machinery, items called Fixed assets, Currents assets and so on. In terms of resources, it includes physical resources such as buildings machinery, human resources such as employees, financial resources such as investment, loans, and so on. This module helps students to develop skills and strategies for effectively managing resources in a business context, and to be better equipped to contribute to the success of the organizations they work for.
- Business Communication
It is an essential part of business education because it is a crucial skill that students need to develop in order to succeed in the corporate world. Students who have strong business communication skills are better able to build and maintain professional relationships, which is important for networking, collaboration, and building trust with clients and colleagues. So, this module is designed for students to be able to write reports and memos, etc., to communicate with each other.
- Introduction to Marketing
This module provides students with a basic understanding of the principles and concepts of marketing.

- Recruitment and Selection in Business
It is important for business students as it provides them with a comprehensive understanding of the process of identifying, attracting, and hiring new employees for an organization. Hence, this module helps students develop the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively manage human capital and contribute to the success of an organization.
- Starting a Small Business
The module is excellent because this module is designed for National Diploma students to be able to run a small business on their own when they complete the National Diploma course. It also helps the students to manage a small business on their own as much as they can.
- Understanding Retail
Nowadays, there are many retail shops. This module enables students to understand the nature of details and work in detail in business.
- Business accounting
Students are going to learn about things related to statistics in this module. In this module, student will acquire the skills and knowledge to manage the financial aspects of a business, make informed financial decisions, and understand the financial consequences of their decisions. This knowledge and skills will be valuable for them as they embark on careers in business management, entrepreneurship, finance, and other related fields.
- Managing a Business Event
In terms of events, it could be weddings, stage shows, festivals or conferences etc.,. In this module, students are going to learn to manage the events on their own. Students can also gain a better understanding of how events can be used as a marketing tool, how to measure the success of an event, and how to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with events in the module.
